Warranty Policy
To dispel any doubt from our potential customers, Casa Elvira has introduced the advance refund guarantee. Thus, any tourist who notices differences between the information presented on the site and the existing reality receives the advance back. All tourists who have crossed our threshold could find that the images on our website reflect 100% reality and are not rigged or “adjusted” to attract tourists in an incorrect way.
What’s more, we have extended the warranty:
– you have made a reservation for at least two nights, paid in advance
– you arrived at the boarding house
– you benefited from accommodation and meal services on the first evening
– some of these services did not satisfy you, disappointed your expectations or were not consistent with those presented by us on the site
then
WE WILL REFUND YOUR FULL AMOUNT, ASSUMING THE ENTIRE LOSS!*
(*with only one condition: to explicitly mention the dissatisfaction produced, so that we can correct it in the future)
As for the meal, we keep the same policy: if you don’t like what you ordered, you get your money back on the spot. And if you haven’t had enough, the supplement is from the house!
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Reservations can be canceled free of charge at least 3 days before arrival (until 2:00 p.m.).
50% of the total price of the accommodation will be charged if the reservation is canceled within 3 days before arrival.
For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within 3-14 days of accepting the return.
